they tried the handwriting sample i sent before i purchased to make sure it would work and it turned out absolutely perfect. i got this necklace with my grandmas handwriting in a letter she wrote to me and it is spot on. even tiny details within her handwriting were visible. it is very cute and dainty and looks absolutely adorable on. the turnaround time was so impressive for being a custom and it did not take long at all. i highly recommend.
